Im Zusammenhang mit dem Vertrieb von Elektro- und Elektronikgeräten sind wir verpflichtet, Sie auf Folgendes hinzuweisen: 

1. Alle Elektrogeräte, die in privaten Haushalten genutzt werden können, sind mit dem Symbol der durchgestrichenen Abfalltonne auf Rädern gekennzeichnet. Das Symbol der durchgestrichenen Abfalltonne auf Rädern nach Anlage 3 des Elektrogesetzes bedeutet die getrennte Erfassung vom unsortierten Siedlungsabfall von Elektro- und Elektronikgeräten. 

2. Die Besitzer von Altgeräten haben diese einer vom unsortierten Siedlungsabfall getrennten Erfassung zuzuführen. Altgeräte dürfen nicht mit dem Hausmüll entsorgt werden. 

3. Altbatterien und Altakkumulatoren, die nicht vom Altgerät umschlossen sind, sowie Lampen, die zerstörungsfrei aus dem Altgerät entnommen werden können, sind vor der Abgabe an einer Erfassungsstelle vom Altgerät zerstörungsfrei zu trennen. 

4. Vertreiber nach § 17 ElektroG, das sind diejenigen, die mit einer Verkaufsfläche für Elektro- und Elektronikgeräte von mindestens 400 Quadratmetern sowie Vertreiber von Lebensmitteln mit einer Gesamtverkaufsfläche von mindestens 800 Quadratmetern, die mehrmals im Kalenderjahr oder dauerhaft Elektro- und Elektronikgeräte anbieten und auf dem Markt bereitstellen, sind zur unentgeltlichen Rücknahme von Altgeräten wie folgt verpflichtet: 

a. Bei dem Erwerb eines neuen Elektro- oder Elektronikgerätes sind rücknahmepflichtige Vertreiber verpflichtet, ein Altgerät der gleichen Geräteart, das im Wesentlichen die gleichen Funktionen wie das neue Gerät erfüllt, am Ort der Abgabe oder in unmittelbarer Nähe hierzu unentgeltlich zurückzunehmen. Ort der Abgabe ist auch der private Haushalt, sofern dort durch Auslieferung die Abgabe erfolgt. 

b. Auf Ihr Verlangen nehmen Vertreiber auch Altgeräte, die in keiner äußeren Abmessung größer als 25 Zentimeter sind, unentgeltlich zurück. Die Rücknahme ist hierbei nicht an den Kauf eines Elektro- oder Elektronikgerätes geknüpft und beschränkt sich auf drei Altgeräte pro Geräteart.

c. Soweit der Vertrag über die Verwendung von Fernkommunikationsmitteln zustande gekommen ist, ist die unentgeltliche Abholung auf Elektro- und Elektronikgeräte der Kategorien 1 (Wärmeüberträger), 2 (Bildschirme, Monitore und Geräte, die Bildschirme mit einer Oberfläche von mehr als 100 Quadratzentimeter enthalten) und 4 (Großgeräte) beschränkt. Die Rücknahme für Elektro- und Elektronikgeräte der Kategorien 3 (Lampen), 5 (Kleingeräte) und 6 (Kleine IT- und Telekommunikationsgeräte) und Altgeräten mit einer Abmessung von bis zu 25 Zentimeter ist durch geeignete Rückgabemöglichkeiten in zumutbarer Entfernung zu Ihnen zu gewährleisten.

5. Für den privaten Haushalt ist die Rückgabe bei den kommunalen Sammelstellen Ihrer Stadt oder Gemeinde, zum Beispiel auf den Wertstoffhöfen oder beim Schadstoffmobil, möglich. Außerdem können Sie, soweit dies in Ihrer Kommune angeboten wird, eine Abholung der Altgeräte bei der Sperrmüllentsorgung beantragen oder Kleingeräte in Sammelcontainern auf öffentlichen Plätzen entsorgen. 

6. Wir möchten Sie ausdrücklich darauf hinweisen, dass Endnutzer selbst für das Löschen personenbezogener Daten auf den zu entsorgenden Altgeräten sorgen. 

7. Wir sind außerdem dazu verpflichtet, Sie über die jährlichen Informationen in Bezug auf die Erfüllung der quantitativen Zielvorgaben nach 10 Absatz 3 und§ 22 Absatz 1 Elektro- und Elektronikgerätegesetz zu informieren. Verpackungen

Alle unsere an Endverbraucher versandten Verpackungen sind nach den Bestimmungen des Verpackungsgesetzes (VerpackG) bei einem dualen System lizenziert und können somit über die lokale Wertstoffsammlung (Papiertonne, Gelbe Tonne/Gelber Sack usw.) kostenlos dem Recycling zugeführt werden.

In connection with the sale of electrical and electronic equipment, we are obliged to draw your attention to the following: 

1. all electrical appliances that can be used in private households are marked with the symbol of the crossed-out wheeled garbage can. The symbol of the crossed-out wheeled garbage can according to Annex 3 of the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act means separate collection from unsorted municipal waste of electrical and electronic equipment. 

2. the owners of old devices have to bring them to a separate collection from the unsorted municipal waste. Old appliances must not be disposed of with household waste. 

3. Used batteries and accumulators that are not enclosed in the waste equipment, as well as lamps that can be removed from the waste equipment without causing damage, shall be separated from the waste equipment without causing damage before being handed in at a collection point. 

4. Distributors pursuant to Section 17 ElektroG, i.e. those with a sales area for electrical and electronic equipment of at least 400 square meters and distributors of foodstuffs with a total sales area of at least 800 square meters who offer and make available on the market electrical and electronic equipment several times in a calendar year or on a permanent basis, shall be obliged to take back WEEE free of charge as follows: 

a. When acquiring a new electrical or electronic appliance, distributors subject to take-back obligations are obliged to take back free of charge an old appliance of the same type that fulfills essentially the same functions as the new appliance at the place of delivery or in the immediate vicinity thereof. The place of delivery is also the private household, provided that the delivery is made there by delivery. 

b. Upon your request, distributors shall also take back free of charge old appliances that do not exceed 25 centimeters in any external dimension. The take-back is not linked to the purchase of an electrical or electronic device and is limited to three old devices per type of device.

 c. Insofar as the contract has been concluded via the use of remote communication media, free collection is limited to electrical and electronic equipment in categories 1 (heat transmitters), 2 (screens, monitors and equipment containing screens with a surface area of more than 100 square centimeters) and 4 (large appliances). Take-back for electrical and electronic equipment in categories 3 (lamps), 5 (small appliances) and 6 (small IT and telecommunications equipment) and old equipment with dimensions of up to 25 centimeters must be ensured by providing suitable return facilities at a reasonable distance from you.

5. for private households, the return is possible at the municipal collection points of your city or municipality, for example at the recycling centers or at the mobile hazardous waste collection service. In addition, if this is offered in your municipality, you can request a collection of the old appliances at the bulky waste disposal or dispose of small appliances in collection containers in public places. 

6. We would like to expressly point out that end users themselves are responsible for deleting personal data from the old devices to be disposed of. 

7. we are also obliged to inform you about the annual information regarding the fulfillment of the quantitative targets according to 10 paragraph 3 and§ 22 paragraph 1 of the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act. All of our packaging sent to end consumers is licensed with a dual system in accordance with the provisions of the German Packaging Act (VerpackG) and can therefore be recycled free of charge via the local collection of recyclable materials (paper garbage can, yellow bin/yellow sack, etc.).
