ADDAC710 is a dual channel Isolated DI box and is all about keeping the sound coming from your Modular free from any undesired noisy interferences, making sure that what you’re getting from your outputs is what your Modular is actually producing. Hexmix System is a six channel performance mixer specially designed for Eurorack.The system has two separate modules, the core of the mixer: Hexmix that has six channels with three band EQ, mute, pan and EQ section on the master, and Hexpander that add three auxiliar sends per channel, PFL, individual outs and balanced output.The mixer has a strong inspiration in classical DJ mixers, providing sharp EQ’s for enhanced performance, auxilliar send for effects and individual outputs to record your performance per channel.The system is designed to be placed in 6U, instead of the traditional 3U paradigm in Eurorack. We hope that by bringing this long-established component of the audio engineering world into the Eurorack environment and by adding CV control over its key parameters that you will find new, creative ways to use it in your patches!It features stereo inputs and outputs for audio or CV with EQ, voltage controlled panning, stereo VCA, performable mute and input/output level switching for Eurorack or line level uses. Abusing the input level switching allows for some musical, modulate-able and highly shapeable distortion sounds too.Stereo Strip was designed to be a creative part of a modular patch. Creating stereo images from mono sources, shaping and modulating existing stereo images, synthesising stereo pseudo ring modulation, sweetening FX with EQ or drastically wave shaping your oscillators, creating send FX routings with benefits or it can simply be used as a channel strip at the end of chain in a patch.The addition of line level gain boosting (for the input) or reduction (for the output) allow it to work as a stereo input or output interface for external gear with the advantage of the VCA, panning and the EQ to shape the sound. The mki x es.edu Output Mixer is essentially a panning mixer – it takes two mono inputs with adjustable gain and pans them left or right to the stereo output, and an integrated amplifier boosts the signal for use for headphones.We – Erica Synths and Moritz Klein – have developed a series of educational DIY kits under the brand name mki x es.EDU with one specific goal in mind: to teach people with little-to-no prior experience how to design analog synthesizer circuits from scratch. What you’ll find in the box is not simply meant to be soldered together and then disappear in your rack. Instead, we want to take you through the circuit design process step by step, explaining every choice we’ve made and how it impacts the finished module.In total, we have developed 9 kits to build a fully-featured modular monosynth: a sequencer, a VCO, a wavefolder, a noise/S&H module, a mixer, a VCF, an Envelope generator, a dual VCA, and an output stereo mixer with a headphone amplifier. Additionally, an affordable eurorack case with a DIY PSU will also be available. While these kits are easy to build, we did not compromise on design and functionality. Silent Disco is a 4 HP output module with left and right line outs, and 2 x stereo headphone outs (1 Watt). Silent Disco was designed for CFON2 modular workshops 2023. This year’s theme was Silent Disco. There were 8 separate modular systems, each system having its own Silent Disco module. Participants at the workshops were able to explore each system via the dual headphone outputs of their Silent Disco module. The Silent Disco modules also allowed us to hook up each of the 8 systems to to a multitrack recorder and a PA system at line levels, so we were be able to carve out a live soundscape out of the participants’ improvisations.
